Here is an awesome image compiling hundreds of logos from web 2.0 companies. Some great work in there, take a look and if you have some favourites let me know. It's been around the blogosphere a hundred times, but as I am currently designing a logotype for our software startup it is proving fairly inspirational. There is actually a nice breakdown and discussion of the typefaces used over at fontshop.com
