Sleep Less

I love my sleep; maybe a bit too much. Particularly the bit in the morning after the alarm goes off and you hit the snooze button, thats luxury sleep. So for the next week or so I am goping to attempt to get into a rhythm of sleeping for no more than 6 hours. I will let you know how I got on.
