Tube Serendipity
James Kellerman
This is the sort of thing that just seems to happen a little too often to pure chance. My brother and I were returning form a leaving party for a friend, having consumed copious amounts of champagne, the discussion quickly turned to the meaning of life and the nature of self. As the debate turned towards Solipsism and trying to divine the fundamental incentives that drive human behavior, the gentleman standing next to us smiled and said that he thought the debate was great. A compliment I thought, as he went on to explain that he was pleased to hear that kind of debate as he is currently writing a book on the same subject. Now the tube is full of strange people and strange coincidences, but that was a little odd.
